Our cooling system is a stand-alone, on-demand solution. Using patented, slow-release liquid CO2 at -50°C (-58°F), it provides extreme cooling, perfect for urban centers, remote locations, and disaster situations.
This dry CO2 keeps products at the ideal temperature range from 0°C to 30°C (32°F to 86°F).
The CO2 is stored in small, lightweight, replaceable, and refillable/disposable cylinders. The supply of these cylinders is ensured by our robust supply chain network, allowing immediate transport without the need for long pre-cooling.

Superior Insulation
A great cooling system alone isn't enough without superior insulation. Our coolers utilize cutting-edge vacuum insulation technology, offering ten times the efficiency of traditional materials. This ensures your temperature-sensitive items remain at the right temperature to Achieve up to 60 hours of productivity without needing cartridge replacements.
This advanced insulation significantly reduces weight, making our coolers 50% lighter than traditional technologies while maintaining the same insulating capacity and volume.
Precise Active Temperature Control
It is essential to maintain precise temperature control when transporting medical products. Frostime devices achieve this using a microprocessor managed by an electronic board, software, and firmware.
This system adjusts the temperature based on the type of product being transported, taking into consideration the external temperature, the remaining CO2, and whether the lid is opened. It restores the internal temperature to ensure it stays within the desired range, thus preventing the risk of freezing the products.
Monitoring, Tracking and Alerts System
Our monitoring system records real-time transport data, including temperature, humidity, orientation, shock, and lid openings. This ensures complete traceability of the transport, capturing all critical data as it happens.
Real-time Alerts: Critical parameters such as temperature, CO2 levels, and other vital metrics are monitored in real-time. If any parameter deviates from the set range, alerts are instantly sent via text message, email, or through the CCP, ensuring any potential issues are promptly addressed to prevent product damage.
IoT and Cloud Computing Platform
Our devices use advanced IoT and cloud computing technologies to offer comprehensive monitoring and control.
Real-time Integrated Tracker: The IoT-based system tracks location, temperature, humidity, shock, and lid access continuously. All data is collected in real-time and displayed on an easy-to-use Web Dashboard, ensuring you always have up-to-date information on your shipments.
Cloud Connecting Platform (CCP): Our CCP allows for remote setup, monitoring, and control of any Frostmed unit. This platform ensures that all critical parameters can be checked and managed from anywhere, providing peace of mind and the ability to respond immediately to any issues.
